Artists who register by May 9th will be promoted on our website, included in the final map list provided at the Preview and in our media releases. This is not a craft show; a limited number "fine crafts" may be considered but are not guaranteed space. All participants must have a CA Resale Tax ID. TIMELINE
- Monday April 21: Artist Orientation meeting
- Friday May 9: Last day artists can register for event.
- Saturday June 1: Preview Exhibit form is due.
Without this advance form, we cannot prepare your exhibit label & accept your artwork into the Preview Exhibit on June 6
- Friday June 6 (9am-12pm):
at Danville Community Center (420 Front St, Danville)
- Drop off artwork + Artist Info (1pg) for PREVIEW EXHIBIT
- Pickup balloons, signs, maps (for location, not for each artist)
If you cannot personally deliver your work, please coordinate with someone who can for you.
- Friday June 6 (6:30-9pm): GALA RECEPTION – honoring our participating artists!
Premium food, wine & live music await you, plus, this is your only chance to see the Preview Exhibit. The Mayors and city councils of Danville & San Ramon will be on hand to help kick-off the weekend. (Free admission, cocktail attire)
- Sunday June 9 (4-6:30pm):
- Pickup artwork at Preview Exhibit (n/a if sold)
- Return signs (If you picked up any of the special signage we offered studio locations on June 6,
then you need to bring them back during this time to get your Preview artwork back.
- Monday June 16: Post event materials are due

All artists who submit these 3 items by the deadline are entered into a great drawing that includes several gift cards to local restaurants and pairs of tickets to local performing art theaters. Winners will be notified by June 20.
ART DISPLAY PANEL RENTAL :
All ADAS & SRAF display panels have been reserved for the event, so artists who need to rent panels for their studios will need to source these elsewhere. Here are some options to consider:
- Lafayette Arts Alliance (Lafayette Gallery) – there will be about 40 panels available for pickup on June 4. Artists need to visit their web page (www.laa4art.org/panelrental) to print a Panel Rental Form and submit the form with payment to reserve the panels. Rental fee for non-members is $10/month per panel.
- Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District has pegboard panels for rent. There are 2 sizes: 36” wide x 66” tall
(32” x 44” hanging area), and 32” wide x 60” tall (27” x 44” hanging area). The panels are connected with provided brackets. Rental is $5 per month per panel. Contact is Thora at (925) 676-5200x12 or tharshman@pleasanthillrec.com
